American International College (AIC) offers a variety of degree programs in a variety of disciplines. The college has four undergraduate departments: Arts & Sciences, Business, Education, and Nursing. AIC also offers six graduate departments: Business Administration, Education, Health Sciences, Human Services, Nursing, and Psychology.

In the Arts & Sciences department, students can pursue Bachelor of Arts degrees in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Communication Studies and English.
