American International College (AIC) offers a variety of degree programs in a variety of disciplines. The college has four undergraduate departments: Arts & Sciences, Business, Education, and Nursing. AIC also offers six graduate departments: Business Administration, Education, Health Sciences, Human Services, Nursing, and Psychology.

In the Arts & Sciences department, students can pursue Bachelor of Arts degrees in areas such as Biology, Chemistry, Communication Studies and English. The department also offers minors in Biology and Chemistry. In the Business department, students can pursue Bachelor degrees in Accounting, Finance and Management. Additionally there are minors available in Accounting and Finance.

The Education department at AIC provides students with an opportunity to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Secondary Education as well as a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Curriculum & Instruction.
